Big news coming in from Punjab remember a Hindu temple that was attacked with a hand grenade a sensational Encounter the killing of the accused has been caught on camera it h graned at the Hindu temple in amitz where there was a priest inside though escaped unheard but 24 hours after that incident we are told on of the main accused gurak has died in the encounter there is link of Pakistan ISI which is under the lens Punjab police says the cop shot in the encounter these are the details coming in visuals on your screen after the encounter possibly in some field what exactly happened was he already in custody remember suspects were teken in arrest by the Punjab police U who had sad they that was from bihar and uh that they were on route or trying to flee to Nepal but they were cought is uh the one killed one of them or is this a specifically a saparate attacker because that was with regard to logistic suppli these are the details coming in that the one who attacked who threw the hand grenade the one you see on your bike was caught and killed in an encounter in Punjab so that's the big news coming in a sensational encounter that has been with regard to how lo order has become a huge concern in Punjab but how will this encounter be seen why did there have to be a shootout uh was he not arrested was he about to be arrested did he try to flee these are some of the details will try and Asser coming in from Amritsar in Punjab remember for a border state uh any law and order situation also takes uh serious turns Kamal Sandu is joining me for the letest on that uh Kamal G tell us more about this encounter where did it happen what is the Punjab police saying about it uh first of all let me tell you as far as law and Order is concerned that has been a huge issue especially we see several incidents taking place but in the past few days what we've seen is being a turnaround as far as Punjab police in concerned because there have been several encounters now there has been an incident on uh where a temple was targeted especially in Amar and there was a lot of criticism and that is where uh they got information and they surrounded that particular youth who's also an accused uh we been told he was shot at and is where uh what we' been told that he is in a critical condition uh but this is not the part for Punjab police in recent we've seen it in MGA we've seen it in elsewhere also the number of encounters by Punjab police with gangsters in actually going up now is no CCTV coverage as far as that particular instance is concerned there's also input that this happened in an isolated uh isolate area uh but clearly there to be a lot of pressure coming in on Punjab police as far as the number of incidents are concerned in the past we've also seen Punjab po denying certain incidents but here it is they actually going on overdrive mode the encounter taking place this we been told is on the outskirts and this is near the Airport Road in an isolated spot where the encounter took place and what we've been told is that on of these has now actually been critically injured in this entire incident and also remember this will need further probe it's not just about one incident we've seen a pattern of similar attacks and should there be more details into what exactly is happening in this border state thank you very much for now Kamal Jets
